Nina Says:The is the first of the “Nina Unscripted” series which will be appearing on or about most Wednesdays and will feature people, places, etc that are notable or part of my life.

For the first “ Nina Unscripted”, My husband, Don, my son Jesse who is 18 and my “Unscripted” editor” met Steve and his wife Carol at the East Coast Grill, one of our FAVORITE restaurants. Chris, Schlesinger, the owner, a wonderful chef, and author of “Thrill of the Grill” had some starters sent out one of which was the “first” barbecued fish ribs served ANYWHERE. They were delicious!! As we ate, we did a little demo of the Nokia N93. Fun and silly, huh??

Steve Says:

I think it’s very exciting that we were able to record a video on the Nokia N93 cellphone, edit it together with an open and close, on the phone, and then post it to the blog. This is a glimpse into the future of video production from anywhere.
