Nina’s tips for eating noodles Asian-style.

Did you know that March is National Noodle Month???

Frankly, I had no idea, but Steve Garfield, my “star” and endlessly resourceful partner discovered this.

Asian noodles are something I know a little about, having lived in Asia, traveled there for over 30 years and researched and wrote a book about them, Asian Noodles: 75 Dishes To Twirl, Slurp, And Savor. Oh and did I mention that I,and my husband and son, adore them???

Noodles are special in Asia and eating them requires a particular protocol, as I explain in this “Nina Unscripted”. I am thrilled to say that I shot this on the Nokia N93 with a little help from my friend, Steve and editing from my son, Jesse. It took Jesse all of 10 or 15 minutes to figure out how to shoot and edit using this wonderful little unit.
