It’s not easy to get world-renowned nutritionist, Dr. Walter Willett and his wonderful wife, Gail, to sit down and talk — let alone show us how to eat healthy at an Italian restaurant.

The food was delicious and the occasion fun.
The Willet’s had just flown back from Venice, Italy where they had eaten fabulous food, so it was especially important to find a great place.
Finding A Great Restaurant In Boston
Davio’s Restaurant, a Boston Italian institution where even after many years is still very good, was a great choice.
We enjoyed superb fresh, simple, and delicious food that satisfies even the new and improved HSPH pyramid:
Harvard School of Public Health has introduced a new, user-friendly food pyramid.
HSPH Pyramid shifts a few things around, moving red meat to the ‘use sparingly’ category at the top.
Don’t worry, they haven’t forgotten pleasure: They encourage the occasional glass of wine for its health benefits.
The new design includes a daily regimen of exercise and activity, which help form the base of the pyramid.
So it’s a lifestyle pyramid and a food pyramid.
I’m now in London, following a brilliant Chinese artist.
