Summer has arrived and that makes me think of two things:

Grilling And Refreshing White Wines

So we are taking a short break from our China trip and Quick Bites to talk to my friend and colleague Ann Trieger.

Ann, an authority on wine, has been writing about it for ten years. 

She has great wine suggestions that are reasonably priced, without sacrificing flavor.

We asked Ann to recommend two great wines.

Since summer officially heralds the arrival of grilling season I thought it would be appropriate to feature a great recipe from Chris Schlesinger and John Willoughby’s new barbeque book called “Grill It!”.

It’s full of luscious recipes, tips, and everything you want to know about grilling.

The Moroccan-Style Grilled Sea Scallops with Spicy Green Sauce looked particularly enticing and easy.
